Kennedy has passed Babushka Lady. Yet Raff* claims that no one would let Kennedy pass them without taking his picture. How did Babushka Lady take a photo that Raff* claims no one would take?

Good luck with the re-enactment, Raff^……… you should run a few laps around DP to limber up for this great moment. Let the TV stations know what you're doing, they might be of assistance in determining what is angular or not.
